I have a 13 year old long haired Chihuahua and I have always made an effort to provide him with the best food I can. He has lost about half his teeth over the years and for this reason I look for food that I can easily soak, is high protein, and easy for me to keep up with (or a pet sitter if I am away). Previously he had been on a raw food diet, he’s never had an issue with eating food, but rather has struggled with weight off and on throughout the years despite proper portions to activity. As soon as I switched him to Tender and True he has even more energy, he has lost 2 lbs and is back to his ideal weight, and loves his food. Very easy for me to prepare for him and I feel very good knowing he is getting organic dog food with very clear and obvious ingredients! Definitely a win and will likely continue this food for the rest of his days!

The minute I opened the bag of the New Tender & True Farmers Market Freeze Dried dog food recipe my 3 furry friends went crazy! Now...every time I go near the bag they all stand at attention.
Great as a stand alone food but my dogs really loved it as a topper on Tender & True Organic Chicken & Liver Kibble recipe! Thanks for your dedication to providing our pets with the best nutrition possible and at a price I can afford!
